Windance is an ultralight Fast Cruiser custom built in Gig Harbor Washington by Joe Trumbly, a renowned and highly regarded instructor of Boat Building at Technical Colleges in the Pacific Northwest. This yacht was made as his personal water craft and cruised by him extensively for many years.

She is an extremely capable cruising yacht with all the positive attributes of a center cockpit, while still giving her sleek lines and a sea-friendly offshore cockpit. 

The layout of Windance is outstanding in so many respects, partly from having a boutique designer really think thru flow, geometric proportions and partly from her builders excellent execution.  The interior is traditional with a focus on keeping things light weight for efficiency. Wide open saloon for comfortable lounging. The two private Staterooms offer traditional finish work and proper detailing.

The current owner has invested over 700K in a comprehensive and extensive refit including significant new re-wiring (all NEW GFCI’s), all NEW appliances in galley (NEW 12v refrigerator, NEW 12v freezer), along with NEW carpeting throughout the vessel.  

Far too many upgrades to list, but a few additional substantial features: NEW engine and transmission, NEW electrical panels and wiring, NEW high voltage battery charger and 10KW Inverter. Fresh paint on the topsides, bottom, and spars, most deck hardware re-bedded, and teak resealed. Mechanical condition excellent, featuring a NEW Westerbeke 108 hp diesel engine and NEW transmission with only 50 hours.  MUCH, MUCH MORE!!!
