The cascade tag line for boats in this era was "bulletproof" and the company demonstrated this when testing the new-age fiberglass construction by "shooting bullets from different fire arms at it from a 10 foot range" so to say this yacht is strong is an understatement. 

The hull was delivered to the current owners Grandfather who custom fit the interior and sailed it for many years in the PNW. It has been down as far as the equator and back up to her traditional cruising grounds of Washington and Canada.
