The owners have done a good job maintaining this boat over the years. They are done cruising and it is time to sell their boat. All the wood inside and out has been kept in good condition, and there are no window leaks and no teak decks to leak. The bottom was painted in April, 2021.
The salon has been opened up and has no furniture except for the helm bar stool. It is an ideal boat for living aboard that you can furnish the way you desire.
The aft stateroom has two double berths, an ensuite head with tub/shower, ample storage and cockpit access. The forward stateroom has twin berths and an ensuite head with shower.
The exterior has a low profile with wide side decks, a cockpit sizeable enough to fish from or just sit outside. It is built of solid fiberglass with a long keel for a stable ride for better tracking and control.
