Proven World Cruiser - Ted Brewer Olympic Adventure 47 Ketch

If you are looking for a solid, blue water cruiser, that is affordable then look no further. The 47' Olympic Adventure has extensive accommodations, with seven berths in three private cabins and the main saloon.

This vessel is an offshore and ICW capable cruiser designed by Ted Brewer. This is a center cockpit yacht, rigged as a cutter/ketch with 5' 11" draft and a modified full keel with cut-away forefoot with a fully protected rudder, prop, and keel.

The 47’ Olympic Adventurer was the featured boat for the Annapolis Sailboat show when first introduced. The current owner has sailed her extensively and has completed a 97% major refit. She has been continuously maintained throughout the many years of ownership, making this yacht ready for the new owner to begin their cruising adventures in comfort and safety.

Once you see her, you will be able to appreciate his attention to detail in maintaining and improving the mechanical and electrical systems on this boat.

Accommodations

From Bow to Stern 'Lindy Rose' has been prepared for an ocean adventure!

Located forward is a V-Berth with 6'2" length and full width, hanging locker, drawers and large compartments under the berth provide adequate storage. A private door leads into the forward head, with second door access to Salon.

The forward head is on the port side with comfortable space and an Airhead composting toilet, eliminating head and holding system complexity and odors.

Aft of the V-Berth is the full beam Salon with NEW Upholstery on both Settees. There is a drop down Teak table that will seats five in comfort for meals.

The Galley is on the port side with NEW Stainless Steel Double Sinks, NEWw Granite Counter tops, NEW Force 10 four burner propane stove with oven and NEW Isotherm Refrigerator and Isotherm Freezer. Voluminous storage is found in numerous drawers, cabinets and pantry.

There is a spacious navigation station on the starboard side with current electronics and communication equipment.

Aft of the saloon and to starboard is a single cabin, then enter the aft head, with shower, and an Airhead composting toilet.

Aft of the Galley, on the port side is a workshop with large bench and vice, plus substantial stowage below.

Opposite are double doors opening to the STAND UP Engine room. NEW Cummins/Onan Generator and NEW Yanmar Engine are easily accessible.

The Master Stateroom offers a full width cabin. The bed is 6'6" long to starboard with hanging lockers and numerous cabinets to port. Generous stowage compartments are found throughout the cabin as well as below the bed. A ladder in the Master stateroom provides access through a large escape hatch to the deck.
