I scrapped all the electrical and mechanical system except the standing rigging. structural repairs/changes ( aft to bow) remove transom motor mount, replace cockpit seat mounts, drain channels, add oak trim to cockpit replace stb winch base (maple) and patch combing, build new cleats and bases. remove interior hardware, wiring, nails etc, replace fordeck around mast (photos) replace mast (photos) mast foot repair fwd hatch combing (purpleheart) remove lifeline stanchions, clean and seal through hulls new 3 breaker pannel new pt and stb running lights (LED) new bilge and deep cycle battery new 40 ld Minkota trolling motor new mahogany (recovered wood) long tiller handle, spruce sculling oar new Harkon Mini traveler and cars new halyards, mainsheet, jibsheets, running hardware. cosmetic remove all ext varnish, sand and oil standing wood strip and clean interior wood clean and prime interior plank and ribs spraywash and paint bottom (Ablative) annualy
